General

The Let's Horaro platform, website, apps and all content on them are provided for general use and personal communication. While we work hard to keep everything accurate and available, we do not warrant that information on the Platform is complete, current or error-free.

We are not a professional adviser

Nothing on Let's Horaro is professional advice.

• Not legal advice. Our documents about digital legacy, inheritance, estate planning and posthumous delivery describe how our service works. They are not advice about your will, your estate or your legal position. If you are planning messages or gifts to be delivered after your death, speak to a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction. Our terms cannot resolve how inheritance law in your country treats a stored message.
• Not financial or investment advice. We sell jewellery containing precious metals. We are not a bullion dealer, and our products are not an investment. Metal prices move. Retail jewellery typically sells above spot metal value and does not resell at purchase price. Do not buy from us as a way to invest in gold.
• Not medical, psychological or bereavement advice. Our platform is used in grief. It is a way to send a message, not a substitute for professional support.
• Not tax advice. Gifts, imports and duties may have tax consequences we cannot advise on.

Grief, bereavement and emotional wellbeing

Many people use Let's Horaro during the hardest periods of their lives — after a death, during illness, in anticipation of separation.

We want to be clear about what we are and are not.

We are a delivery service for messages and gifts. We are not a counselling service, a crisis service, or a substitute for human support. Our AI features are certainly not — see the AI Features Terms.

If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified person. A doctor, a counsellor, a religious leader, a helpline, a friend. Writing a message into the future can be meaningful, but it is not treatment, and it should not be the only thing holding someone up.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. We are not an emergency service and we cannot respond to emergencies.

If content sent through our platform suggests someone is at risk of serious harm, we may take action, including contacting emergency services. We cannot monitor encrypted content, so please do not rely on us to notice.

Timed delivery

We commit to high reliability — 99.9% or better delivery success, 99.95% uptime. We do not guarantee that every Tribute will unlock at exactly the scheduled moment.

Delivery can be affected by network failure, device unavailability, recipient account deletion, operator failure to deliver an SMS, or events beyond our control.

For anything genuinely irreplaceable or time-critical, do not rely on a single delivery mechanism. Keep your own copy, and consider telling someone the message exists.

Long-term storage

Tributes can be scheduled decades ahead. Over that timescale, risks accumulate that no service can eliminate: file formats become obsolete, phone numbers get reassigned, recipients move or die, companies cease trading, and technology changes in ways nobody predicts.

We commit to what Section 20 of the Terms of Service says: 30 days' notice, data export, and pro-rata Credit refunds if we ever wind down. We will not promise more than that, because more than that would not be honest.

Third parties

We work with couriers, payment processors, messaging gateways, cloud providers, gift manufacturers and AI providers. We are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.

We do not endorse third-party websites linked from our platform, or content posted by users in Channels, groups or chats.

Content posted by users is theirs, not ours. Views expressed in a Channel are the Channel owner's. We moderate what we can see under our Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines, but we do not verify user content and we do not endorse it.

Product images and descriptions

Photographs of gifts are illustrative. Actual items may vary in colour, finish and appearance depending on your screen, lighting and manufacturing variation, particularly for handmade or hand-finished pieces.

Weights and dimensions are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerance. Precious metal purity is as stated in the product description and any accompanying certificate.

Engraving previews are representations, not photographs of the finished item. Fonts and layout render as shown, but the appearance of engraved metal differs from a screen preview.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, security work, or reasons beyond our control. Features may change or be withdrawn under our Terms of Service.

Regional and legal variation

Let's Horaro is operated from the United Arab Emirates and designed around UAE law. We do not represent that the Platform, its content, or the goods we sell are appropriate or available in every country.

If you use the Platform from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law — including laws on encryption, content, and the import of precious metals.

Language

We publish in English and Arabic, we are working to add other languages, and we work to keep translations accurate, but if a discrepancy arises, the governing version is the one identified in Section 21 of our Terms of Service.

Limits on this Disclaimer

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE law.

This Disclaimer is subject to Section 17 of our Terms of Service.
